Alfred Botha is a qualified Building Designer & Property Development Manager with much experience in low to medium rise apartments, town houses and luxury houses. At Aquacore Property Developers in 2001 – 2008, he was the Developments Manager for all of the company’s development concerns and appointed as associate to Aquacore Property Developers & Arthur Quinton Darryl Croom Architects.
Alfred’s experience as Developments Manager required him to handle multiple challenging projects simultaneously. His training and extensive construction experience, enables him to accurately scrutinise consultants work and identify potential pitfalls ahead of time, thereby pursuing a proactive and not a reactive management style. Alfred’s involvement as on site quality inspector and project co-ordinator, afforded him invaluable skills in effective goal setting, accurate planning of time management and steering projects to successful completion. He is also an creative designer and enjoys project conceptualization alongside clients and building projects around the client’s needs.
Alfred’s objectives as a property designer, is to deliver projects which
